Timesheet Deadlines

As part of our ongoing effort to improve the services provided by ARK International, we have made some alterations to our payroll set-up. After considerable consultation with our contractors and clients we believe these changes will mean a further improvement to the payroll facility for all of our contractors, incorporating a more robust timesheet submission, validation and payment process.

• To contact the accounts department please now call 020 7407 6999.
• All timesheets are now to be faxed to 020 7504 8688.
• The timesheet submission deadline has been extended to 10.00am every Tuesday.
• Payment will now be made by ARK International into your designated account on the Friday of each week.
• Any hard copy correspondence should be sent to:

Please note, because of the time restraints such a short processing period places upon us, any timesheet received/authorised after the 10.00am deadline cannot be processed in that week.

Any timesheets received/authorised after a deadline will be processed in the following week’s payroll.

Any contractor who uses the services of an umbrella company will be subject to the payroll processing procedures imposed by that company. ARK International has no control over this and therefore you must verify these details yourself.
